摘　　要：目的分析医学院校大学生网络依赖度与心理健康状态之间的相关关系。方法通过网络依赖度量表与90项症状清单(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)了解大学生网络依赖和心理健康状况,分析不同组别大学生网络依赖度、心理健康状态之间的差异,分析网络依赖与心理健康之间的关系。结果大学生网络成瘾率达到16. 72%,不同性别大学生网络依赖因子中戒断性因子存在差别(X^2=4. 487,P=0. 034);不同年级大学生网络依赖因子耐受性、戒断性、时间管理因子差异均有统计学意义(均有P <0. 05);大学生不同性别、不同年级之间心理健康状态均有统计学意义(均有P <0. 05);网络依赖因子中强迫性、突显性、人际健康学业因子与SCL-90评分存在正向多元线性回归关系(均有P <0. 05)。结论网络依赖与心理健康水平存在相关性,网络成瘾可能会加剧大学生心理健康状态的恶化。Objective To analyze the correlation between the degree of internet dependence and the state of men- tal health of medical college students. Methods The internet dependence of college students was investigated by internet addiction scale, and the mental health of college students was investigated by symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90）. The differences between different groups of college students＇ internet dependence and mental health state were analyzed. And the relationship between internet dependence and mental health was studied. Results The internet addiction rate of college students reached 16.72%. There were differences in the degree of internet dependence among different genders, and the differences of abstinence among the factors were statistically significant （ X^2 = 4. 487, P = 0. 034）. There were significant differences in tolerance, abstinence and time management among the internet dependence factors of different grades （all P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were significant differences in mental health status among different genders and grades of college students （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was a positive muhiple linear regression relationship between compulsive, salience and interpersonal health academic of internet dependence factors and SCL-90 score （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conelusions There is a correlation between internet dependence and mental health, and internet addiction may aggravate the mental health of college students.
