摘 要:介绍了制氟工艺废电解质的回收方法,利用正交试验研究了pH、w(KOH)、反应温度对回收率的影响;讨论了静置时间对Fe^3+含量的影响和干燥时间对水分的影响。对电解质回收率的影响从大到小为pH〉w(KOH)〉反应温度,最优试验条件为w(KOH)15%左右、pH3~4、反应温度90~100℃。静置时间超过24h后基本达到满意去除Fe抖的效果,干燥温度控制在100~105℃为宜。实际生产中回收电解质可达到与新购电解质相同的使用效果。The recovery methods of the waste electrolyte coming from the fluorine generating process are introduced. The influence of pH, w(KOH) and reaction temperature on the recovery rate is investigated by using the orthogonal test. The influence of the standing time on Fe^3+ content and the influence of drying time on water content are discussed. The order of the influence on the recovery rate of the electrolyte from big to small is: pH〉w(KOH)〉reaction temperature. The optimal test conditions are as follows: w(KOH) is about 15%, pH is 3-4, and the reaction temperature is 90-100℃. The satisfactory removal effect of Fe^3+ could be basically achieved after the standing time exceeding 24 h, and the drying temperature is suitable to be controlled to 100-105℃. The recovered electrolyte purchased electrolyte in the actual production. can achieve the same application effect as the newly purchased electrolyte in the actual production.
