工匠精神融入研究生学术道德教育的可行性与路径研究

摘　　要：现代"工匠精神"具有普适性,强调"敬业、精益、专注、创新",从传承主体、内涵要求、时代需求三个角度具有融入研究生学术道德教育的可行性。融入"工匠精神"的研究生学术道德教育强调"热爱学术事业,定心专注科研,追求精益准则,秉承创新思维",对于塑造研究生学术初心、传承中华传统文化、推进我国科研发展具有深刻的融合价值和实践意义。＂Artisan spirit＂ is universal,emphasizing ＂professionalism,leanness,dedication,and innovation＂ and has thefeasibility of integrating into academic moral education for graduate students.The academic moral education ofpostgraduates that has been integrated into the ＂artisan spirit＂ emphasizes ＂love academic careers,concentration onscientific research,the pursuit of lean standards,and adhering to creative thinking＂,has profound integration value andpractical significance.
