大学生就业思想政治教育对就业观的影响分析

摘　　要：作为我国高校重要工作之一的大学生就业思想政治教育工作与大学生成长成才和社会和谐发展有直接关系,由于大学生受各类因素影响,容易出现价值观扭曲、责任感缺乏及团队合作认知较差等问题。本文从开展大学生思想政治教育及就业思想政治教育的意义出发,对开展大学生就业思想政治教育的方法进行分析,探讨社会及个人层面对大学生就业观建设带来的影响,并提出相应的对策与建议。As one of the most important jobs in Colleges and universities in China,the ideological and politicaleducation of College Students＇ employment is directly related to the growth and development of college students andthe harmonious development of society.Starting from the significance of carrying out ideological and political educationof college students and employment,this paper analyzes the methods of carrying out ideological and political education ofcollege students＇ employment,probes into the influence of social and personal aspects on the construction of CollegeStudents＇ employment outlook,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
