中西医结合治疗激素性或酒精性股骨头坏死

摘　　要：为了解中药对由激素或酒精引起的股骨头缺血性坏死 (ANFH)的治疗作用 ,对 1988～ 1995年间广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的 91例ANFH患者 (其中激素引起者 5 0例 ,酒精引起者 41例 ) ,在给予内服中草药制剂生脉成骨胶囊的同时 ,选择病情较重一侧行多血管植入术治疗并进行疗效分析 ,随访 1～ 8年 ,临床评价采用ANFH疗效评价标准和百分评价法判定疗效。结果 :非手术侧治愈率为 2 8.6% ,显效率为5 4.9% ,有效率为 15 .4% ,无效率为 1.1% ,总有效率为 98.9% ;百分评价法判定优为 83.5 % ,良为12 .1% ,可为 3.3% ,差为 1.1%。手术侧治愈率为 2 5 .3% ,显效率为 60 .4% ,有效率为 13.2 % ,无效率为1.1% ,总有效率为 98.9% ;百分评价法判定优为 85 .7% ,良为 13.2 % ,差为 1.1%。表明生脉成骨胶囊对缓解ANFH是有效的 ,病情轻的可以单纯内服中药治疗 ,病情重的宜在服药基础上行多血管束植入手术。From 1988 to February 1995,effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western Medicine for 91 cases of steroid_induced(50)or alcohol_induced(41)bilateral avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH)were observed.Oral administration of Shengmai Chenggu Capsule(SCC)was given for all cases and multiple vascular bundles transplant was applied for the hip with more serious damage.A follow_up period of 1～8 years was carried on and the therapeutic effects were evaluated by scoring system.The results showed that the curative rate was 28.6% and 25.3% ,the markedly effective rate was 54.9% and 60.4% ,effective rate was 15.4% and 13.2% respectively,the ineffective rate being 1.1% and the total effective rate being 98.9% in both sides.According to the scoring system,those over 85 scores amounted 8.5% and 85.7% ,75～84 scores 12.1% and 13.2% ,and 60～74 scores 3.3% and 0 repectively.It is revealed that SCC is effective for ANFH and multiple vascular bundles transplant should be added for the hip with more serious damage.
