头穴丛刺法配合针刺八脉交会穴治疗血管性痴呆疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察头穴丛刺法配合针刺八脉交会穴治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将60例血管性痴呆患者按门诊就诊先后随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用头穴丛刺法配合针刺双侧八脉交会穴,对照组采用头穴丛刺法配合病侧常规体针,治疗2个疗程后,分别统计治疗前后简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分,比较治疗前后血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为83.4%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血浆Hcy水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头穴丛刺法配合针刺八脉交会穴治疗血管性痴呆相对于头穴丛刺法配合病侧体针疗效更好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cluster needling at scalp acupoints plus acupuncture at the eight confluent points in treating vascular dementia （VD）. Method Sixty VD patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group by their visiting sequence, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by cluster needling at scalp acupoints plus acupuncture at the bilateral eight confluent points, while the control group was intervened by cluster needling at scalp acupoints plus ordinary acupuncture at acupoints on the affected side. The Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE） was evaluated before and after 2 courses of treatment. The changes in the level of plasma homocysteine （Hcy） after the intervention were compared. Result The total effective rate was 83.4% in the treatment group, significantly higher than 70.0% in the control group （P〈0.05）; after the treatment, the MMSE score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the level of plasma Hcy in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after the intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cluster needling at scalp acupoints plus acupuncture at the eight confluent points can produce more significant efficacy than cluster needling at scalp acupoints plus ordinary acupuncture at acupoints on the affected side in the treatment of VD.
