揿针痛点联合持续被动运动治疗肩关节周围炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察揿针痛点配合持续被动运动(CPM)治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法将64例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。治疗组采用揿针痛点联合CPM治疗,对照组采用口服塞来昔布胶囊配合CPM治疗。治疗2周后,观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩关节活动度各项指标(外展、前屈、后伸)及Constant-Murley肩关节功能(CMS)评分的变化情况。结果两组治疗后VAS评分、肩关节活动度各项指标及CMS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分、肩关节活动度各项指标及CMS评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针痛点联合CPM可减轻肩关节周围炎患者疼痛症状,增加其肩关节活动度。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intradermal needle at tender point pluss continuous passive movement （CPM） in treating periarthritis of shoulder. Method Sixty-four patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomized into treatment and control groups, with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by intradermal needle at tender points plus CPM, while the control group was intervened by taking celecoxib capsules orally plus CPM. Before and after 2-week treatment, visual analogue scale （VAS） score, indicators of shoulder motion （abduction, forward flexion and backward extension） and Constant-Murley shoulder （CMS） score in the two groups were observed. Result The VAS score, indicators of shoulder motion and CMS score all showed a significant change after the treatment in the two groups （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the VAS score, indicators of shoulder motion and CMS score in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intradermal needle at tender points plus CPM can ease pain in the patients with periarthritis of shoulder, and it can improve the shoulder motion.
