摘　　要：介绍尿素装置造粒系统GL26Z型双臂双传动锥形刮料机结构形式、运行原理,对运行过程中常出现的故障和维护过程中遇到的问题进行分析,提出解决方案,降低刮料机故障发生频率,延长使用周期。This paper introduced the structure and operation mechanism of GL26Z double arm double drive transmission conical scraper used in urea plant granulation system, analyzed the problems occurred dur- ing operation and maintenance, and put forward a solution to reduce the fault and extend the operation cycle.
