摘　　要：介绍空气压缩机运行情况,针对其效率逐年下降、打气量不足,严重影响化肥装置运行负荷问题,从工艺与设备方面分析原因,采取相应的检修处理措施,首次将级间气封用国产化替代,处理后空气压缩机效率明显提高。The operation condition of air compressor were described. The efficiency of the compressor was decreased year by year, and the discharge gas quantity was not sufficient, seriously impacting on the load of fertilizer plant. We studied the reasons from aspects of process and equipment, took corresponding maintenance measures, and at the first time used the home-made interstage seal instead of the imported one. The efficiency of the compressor was enhanced apparently.
