摘 要:蕨麻在西藏分布较为广泛,那曲、山南、拉萨、林芝等地区均有分布,但不同地区自然生长的蕨麻受种质特性、环境条件等因素影响,其块根表型性状和品质性状差异较大。为了明确今后西藏蕨麻生产的优良种源,分别在西藏那曲县、班戈县、加查县、林芝县采集蕨麻植株作为研究对象。运用多元统计分析和对比的方法,对西藏不同地域蕨麻块根的生产性状进行评价分析。结果表明:那曲县蕨麻块根各项指标优于其它地区,特别是块根平均长度和单株平均经济产量显著优于林芝采集到的蕨麻,但与班戈、加查之间差异不显著;运用投影寻踪模型分析结果表明:那曲的蕨麻块根各项指标表现优秀,综合评价结果最好(4.173),其次依次为加查、班戈蕨麻块根,林芝的蕨麻块根评价值最低,仅为为0.638。Potentilla anserina is widely distributed in Tibet, Nagqu, Shannan, Lhasa, Nyingchi and other regions. However, the natural growth of Potentilla anserina from different regions is influenced by germplasm characteristics, environmental conditions and other factors, and the phenotypic traits and quality traits of the earthnut/root tuber are quite different. In order to determine the superior provenance of Potentilla anserina in Tibet, the plants of Potentilla anserina were respectively collected from Nagqu County, Bangoin County, Gyaca County and Nyingchi, Tibet Autonomous Region. By multivariate statistical analysis and comparison methods, the productive traits of Potentilla anserina in different regions of Tibet were evaluated. The results showed that the indexes of Nagqu were better than others, especially the average length of tuber and the average economic yield per plant were superior to those of Nyingchi's. However, there was no significant difference among Nagqu and Bangoin and Gyaca. The results of projection pursuit model showed that the indexes of nasturtium in Nagqu exhibted excellent performance, and the comprehensive evaluation results were the best(4.1732), followed by Gyaca, Bangoin and Nyingchi with the lowest evaluation value of only 0.6382.
