摘 要:针对西藏农牧民增产增收的需求、西藏特色产业发展的需要,根据西藏林芝的自然环境条件和生产条件,立足藏红花的生物学特性和生产条件要求,充分完善林芝地区藏红花栽培技术示范体系,带动和辐射企业和农牧民生产,有利促进林芝经济和旅游业的发展。于2016年在西藏农牧学院开展藏红花室内温光调控效应探究,设置不同处理水平梯度试验,以期揭示林芝藏红花的最佳栽培环境要素。结果表明:半光处理下,藏红花种球发霉率最低,该处理DT3梯度下藏红花种球开花率高达40%,花丝鲜重总产出最佳为115.08 g。为此,藏红花种球培养条件以半光处理下白/黑天温控为18℃/12℃为宜,该结果可为今后林芝地区开展藏红花人工栽培提供参考。Focusing on the needs of Tibet peasants and herdsmen to increase production and income and the development of special industries in Tibet, and according to the natural environment conditions and production conditions of Nyingchi in Tibet, based on the biological characteristics and production conditions of Crocus sativus L., this research tried to fully improve cultivation technology demonstration system of Crocus sativus L in Nyingchi area and promote the production of enterprises and increase the output of farmers and herdsmen, which was also beneficial to the economic and tourism development in Nyingchi. In 2016, Tibet Agriculture and Animal Husbandry University conducted an exploration on the effect oftemperature and light regulation of Crocus sativus L. indoors, which had set different treatment level gradient test to reveal the best cultivation condition elements of Nyingchi Crocus sativus L.The results showed that under half light treatment, the moldy rate of Crocus sativus L. bulbs was the lowest, the flowering rate of DT3 gradient was as high as 40%, and the optimal fresh weight of filaments total output was 115.80 g. To the end, Crocus sativus L. bulbs culture conditions was half light and temperature regulation of white/black day is 18℃/12℃, which can provide a reference for the future cultivation of Crocus sativus L. in Nyingchi area.
