摘 要:以西藏砂生槐(Sophora moorcroftiana)种子为试验材料,选用热水浸种、清水浸种、砂布摩擦、沙藏层积等催芽方法,探讨不同催芽方法对砂生槐种子发芽的影响。结果表明:砂生槐种子硬实率达到92.5%,砂布摩擦法可提高砂生槐种子的发芽率,其发芽率达到21%,但力度不易掌握,难以在生产中推广使用;不同浸种水温和时间对砂生槐种子发芽率差异不显著;不同温度沙藏层积法对砂生槐种子发芽率差异显著,且沙藏层积温度在25℃,其发芽率最高,达到33.5%。对于植物种子来说,硬实是普遍存在的。硬实种子可以延长种子的寿命,对种子传播和物种的延续极为有利,但另一方面对造林生产带来不便。因此,通过科学研究,寻找最适合砂生槐种子发芽的催芽方式,提高种子发芽率,为农业生产上节约用种和培育优质苗木是非常重要的。In order to understand the effects of different germination methods on seed germination of Sophora moorcroftiana, this experiment studied the germination of Sophora moorcroftiana seeds by the methods of soaking with hot water or ordinary water, rubbing with emery cloth and different sand temperature treatments. The results showed that hard rates of the Sophora moorcroftiana seeds was 92.5% and the different germination methods had significant effects on the seeds germination of Sophora moorcroftiana. Emery cloth rubbing methods can increase the germination rates of the seeds to an extent of certainty, which is nearly 21%. But the intensity is not easy to grasp, which causes it difficult to promote the use of production. The effect of soaking was not obvious in the 70℃-hot water immersion of the 24 h or the 80℃-hot water of 30 min. The germination rate of Sophora moorcroftiana seeds in different sand layers was also different, but the higher temperature did not mean the higher germination rate, on account of which the highest germination rate was 33.5% of the 30℃, and the germination rate of 30 ℃ was only 6%. The results showed that the most suitable temperature for the seeds ofSophora moorcroftiana to germinate was 25 ℃ and the low germination rate of Sophora moorcroftiana seeds was partly due to the hardening of the seeds.
