摘  要:地理信息系统(GIS)以其强大的信息采集和空间数据分析能力,被越来越多地应用到水资源的管理开发领域,为水资源规划和管理提供了一种高效的查询、管理、分析工具。本文以西藏尼洋河流域为对象,利用Arc GIS构建流域水资源管理信息系统,并阐明了系统结构的建立过程和功能展示。通过水资源管理信息系统的建立,能够更有效的对西藏水资源状况进行空间分析、数据查询和统计等,为水资源规划管理提供技术支持。Geographic Information System(GIS), with its powerful information collection and spatial data analysis capabilities, is increasingly being applied to the management and development of water resources, providing a tool for efficient query, management and analysis in water resources planning and management. By taking the Niyang River Basin in Tibet as an example, this paper constructed water resources management information system based on Arc GIS system and clarified the system structure of the establishment process and function displayment. Through the establishment of water resources management information system, we can analyze the spatial situation of water resources, data query and statistics more effectively,and provide technical support for water resources planning and management in Tibet.
