摘　　要：西藏农村部分村民的贫困是我国经济转轨、社会转型过程中面临的突出的社会问题。要彻底消除贫困人员,关键在于探寻到贫困因素的成因及症结。本文以西藏林芝市米林县朗多村为研究对象,进行走村入户调查,以此了解农村的经济状况、生活水平、劳动能力和牲畜的饲养等情况,为了更好的服务群众并达到脱贫的目的。通过调查走访,数据统计,分析研究朗多村经济现状及贫困因素的原因。通过提高低收入者的收入水平,扩大中等收入者的比重,调节过高的收入,完善个人收入分配制度来缓解和抑制农村收入分配继续扩大的趋势,从而减少贫困人口。通过找出朗多村贫困的症结,寻求解决朗多村贫困因素的突破口,对此存在的问题进行了多管齐下、对症下药等措施,切实解决朗多村贫困的问题。The increase of the gap between rich and poor is a prominent social problem in China＇s economic transition and social transformation. To narrow the gap between the rich and poor, the key is to find out the causes and crux of the widening gap between the rich and poor.This article chose Rajon Rondo village, Mainling county, Nyingchi, Tibet as the research object,and conducted the household survey into the village to understand the status of the rural economy, life level, labor ability and livestock breeding, etc. to serve the masses better and achieve the goal of poverty alleviation. Through survey visits, data statistics, analysis of Rajon Rondo village economic status and causes of poverty and by raising the income level of low-income earners, enlarging the proportion of middle-income earners, regulating excessively high incomes and perfecting personal income distribution system, the trend that the rural income distribution continued to expand was alleviated and suppressed and reduced the number of poor people. Finding out the crux of the gap between the rich and the poor in Rajon Rondo village and seeking the breakthrough point might solve the problem of increasing gap, which should be tackled in multi-pronged approach or effectively solved by right remedy and othermeasures in Rajon Rondo village.
