护理干预对Nd:YAG激光治疗慢性重度牙周炎的影响

摘　　要：目的在激光治疗牙周炎的过程中,通过护理干预达到提高疗效的方法。方法采用完全随机方法将60名慢性重度牙周炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用常规四手操作,实验组除常规四手操作外增加了护理干预。评价标准包括患者恐惧值、疼痛值、满意度及治疗前后的出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、菌斑指数(plaque index, PLI)。结果实验组与对照组在患者恐惧值、满意度、BI及PLI指数中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),疼痛值无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论护理干预在激光治疗牙周炎患者过程中的效果优于常规护理。Objective This study aimed to evaluate the effect of treatment of periodontitis through nursing intervention.Methods 60 patients with severe periodontitis were separately randomly divided into test group and control group. Control group was accepted routine nursing. Patience in test group were received extra periodontal care.The fear, pain and satisfaction index were used to investigate the effect of nursing intervention.Bleeding index（BI） and plaque index（PLI） were used to evaluate the effect of periodontal treatment after nursing intervention.Results Signifcant changes were found in fear and satisfaction value of patience. Clinical index were improved in test group than control group.However,the pain index were failed to be found. Conclusion It was suggested that nursing intervention could improve the effect of periodontal treatment.
