摘 要:通过对江孜沙棘种子胚根进行不同程度切除处理,研究了不同切根强度对容器苗的苗高、地径、叶片总数、总根数、最长根长及生物量等的影响。结果表明:切根强度为胚根总长度2/5时,苗木各项测定指标表现最佳,其地径、叶片总数、总根数及最长根长均显著优于其他各处理,切根为1/5和3/5同样有利于江孜沙棘苗木地上及地下的生长,但较大强度的4/5切根处理则不利于苗木的生长,各测定指标较对照均有不同程度的下降。可见低强度芽苗切根有利于江孜沙棘容器苗各部分的生长,其中切根2/5为其最佳的芽苗切根比例,高强度的切根对苗木根系损伤严重,不利于其切根后根系的生长发育。Through the cultivation contrast test of radicle cutting treatments in different degrees for Hippophae gyantsensis, the effects of different root cutting intensity on seedling height, ground diameter, total leaf number, total root number, maximum root length and biomass of container seedlings were studied.The results showed that when the root cutting intensity was 2/5 of the total length of the radicle, the seedlings performed best in various measurement indexes, and their ground diameter, total number of leaves, total number of roots and maximum root length were significantly better than other treatments. The root cutting intensity for 1/5 and 3/5 of the total length of the radicle also promoted the growth of Hippophae gyantsensis seedlings on the ground and underground. However, cutting radicle with larger 4/5 was not conducive to seedling growth. It can be seen that the cut radicle with low intensity is beneficial to the growth of all parts of the seedlings, in which the cutting intensity of 2/5 is the best treatment, and the high intensity has serious damage to building root system of the seedlings, which is not conducive to the root regeneration after cutting.
