国际建筑工程企业合作关系成熟度评价与实证研究——以安哥拉凯兰巴新城社会住房项目为例

摘　　要：针对大型国际建筑工程常见的企业之间"抱团出海"的合作关系,在理论分析建筑企业合作关系的基础上,建立国际建筑工程企业合作关系成熟度评价模型,并以中信建设安哥拉凯兰巴新城两万套社会住房项目为案例,基于该评价模型的问卷调查,采用群决策层次分析法得出成熟度得分。实证分析表明,国际建筑工程企业合作关系成熟度评价模型评价结果与实际情况较吻合,为国际建筑工程企业开展合作关系研究提供一整套简便可行的方法和流程。In view of the cooperative relationship of “group to sea” between the Chinese international construction enterprises on the large scale international projects, this paper establishes the maturity evaluation model of cooperative relationship on the base of theoretical analysis of cooperative relationship of construction enterprises. Then, takes 20000-unit social houses project in Angola Kilamba as an example, analyzes the maturity score with analytic hierarchy process for group decision making based on the questionnaire survey of the evaluation model. Empirical analysis shows the evaluation results of the model are in good agreement with the actual situation, which provides a set of simple and feasible methods and procedures for international construction enterprises to carry out cooperative relationship research.
