摘  要:考虑施加约束条件对焊后变形及残余应力的影响,建立616装甲钢厚板结构件多层多道焊有限元模型.利用Sysweld软件对616装甲钢厚板结构件多层多道焊焊缝截面尺寸、焊后残余应力进行了模拟计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,证明了模型的准确性.对616装甲钢厚板结构件多层多道焊特征点热循环变化趋势、焊后变形情况进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好.结果表明,距离熔合线越远,峰值温度越低,达到峰值的时刻越滞后,受热程度越低.焊缝两侧、起弧端、收弧端是发生残余形变的主要区域,是高应力值的集中区.Considering the effect of constraint on deformation and residual stress, a finite element model of multi-layer and multi-pass welding of 616 armor steel thick plate structure was developed. The shape and size of the weld bead and residual stress were been calculated by using Sysweld software. The thermal cycles and deformation in multi-pass welding 616 armor steel with thick plate structure was simulate. These simulation results show good agreement with experiments. The results showed that the farer from fusion line, the peak temperature is lower and the time to the peak lag behind.The deformation occurred at the both sides of weld, arc starting and arc extinction position in which high stress exits.
