摘　　要：为充分发挥水务普查成果应用绩效,更好地与原有水务综合库进行融合,北京市建设了基础水信息平台。平台重新梳理和搭建了综合库,构造了平台自身的项目库,利用地图API接口,调用水普空间地图服务,将属性数据、动态数据和空间数据三者有效关联,从而实现了全市水务一张图的"5+4+N"统一服务。北京市河长制管理系统是在此成果基础上进行应用开发的一个典型案例。In order to make beneficial use of water census results and integrates it with comprehensive database, a basic water information platform is created by Beijing Municipality. The platform has built its own project database by re-evaluating and construction of integrated library, which helps realize one map of ＂5＋4＋N＂ for integrated water services by using API interface and water census spatial map, in order to connect the property data with dynamic data and spatial data. The management system of river chief system of Beijing Municipality is a typical case which generated on the basis of the results.
