社区邻里中心卫生单元对2型糖尿病患者健康管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对社区2型糖尿病患者在社区邻里中心卫生单元开展的健康管理效果进行分析。方法:采用平行对照试验设计方法,选取社区2型糖尿病患者233例,按自愿原则分为对照组120例和干预组113例。结果:干预后,干预组的自我管理效能、医患交流、社会支持的得分值均高于对照组,而随机血糖值较对照组低幅明显,两组患者干预后的糖尿病管理自我效能、医患交流、社会支持分值和随机血糖值的差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者干预前的糖尿病管理自我效能、医患交流、社会支持分值和随机血糖值的差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:利用社区邻里中心卫生单元开展糖尿病患者健康管理,有较大的便利性,可以增加患者活动的依从性,也可以帮助社区医生更好的进行随访及血糖监测。Objective To analyze the effect of health management on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in neighborhood center health unit. Methods ： Parallel controlled trial design was used to select community type 2 diabetes mellitus patients（233 cases）. According to voluntary principle, they were divided into the control group （120 cases） and the intervention group （113 cases）. Results ： After the intervention, the scores of self-management efficacy, doctor-patient communication and social support in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）, while the random blood glucose value was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in self-efficacy of diabetes management, doctor-patient communication, social support score and random blood glucose between the two groups before intervention （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion ： It is convenient to carry out health management for diabetic patients by using the health unit of community neighborhood center, which can increase the compliance of patients in activities, and also help community doctors to follow up and monitor blood glucose better.
