小儿康颗粒中白芍的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:通过小儿康颗粒中白芍含量测定质量标准研究,提升小儿康颗粒质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定小儿康颗粒中的白芍中芍药苷的含量。结果:HPLC法测定白芍中芍药苷的线性关系良好,精密度、重复性和回收率均较好,溶液在8 h内稳定,并对本品3批样品的芍药苷含量进行测定。结论:本方法简单、专属性强,可有效控制小儿康颗粒的质量,提升质量标准。Objective To study the determination method of radix paeoniae alba in xiao′er kang granules by HPLC,improving the quality standard of xiao′er kang granules. Methods ：The content of paeoniflorin in radix paeoniae alba of xiao′er kang granules was detected by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. Results ：Paeoniflorin in radix paeoniae alba had good linear relation ship, the precision,repeatability and recovery rate were good. The solution was stable within 8 h, and the content of paeoniflorin in 3 batches of samples was determined. Conclusion ：The improved method is simple and specific,it can effectively control the quality of xiao′er kang granules and improve the quality standards.
