摘 要:目的:分析我院2014—2017年药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)发生的特点及相关因素,总结规律,借以促进临床合理用药。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对我院2014—2017年上报至国家药品不良反应监测网的750例ADR报告进行分类统计与分析。结果:750例ADR中,年龄大于50岁的患者构成比最高,涉及的药品有213种,其中以抗感染药物诱发的ADR居多(33. 73%),静脉滴注给药是引发ADR的主要途径(77. 33%),临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主。结论:临床应重视ADR监测和报告工作,密切观察患者用药后的临床表现和反应,以促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。Objective To analyze the characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reaction (ADR) reported from 2014 to 2017 in our hospita1 for promoting rational drug use. Methods : A total of 750 ADR reports reported to the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network in our hospital from 2014 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Results : Among 750 ADR cases, the patients over 50 years old had the highest incidence. The drugs that induced ADR totaled 213 kinds. 33.73% of ADR were induced by anti-infective drugs, and 77.33% were induced by intravenous drip administration. The major manifestation of ADR was the damage of skin and its appendants. Conclusion : ADR monitoring and reporting should be emphasized, and should observe clinical manifestations and reaction in order to promote rational clinical drug use and to ensure patients′ safety.
