摘　　要：李丽萍主任认为糖尿病患者由于饮食不节,过食肥甘厚味,损伤脾胃;或因忧思、劳倦伤脾,导致脾气虚弱,健运失职,水湿内停,聚湿成痰;痰瘀热等滞于胃脘而生痞满,结于肠道则致便秘或泄泻。在临床工作中,除外器质性胃病,糖尿病胃轻瘫相当于中医的"痞证"。中医辨证属脾胃虚弱的常常选用香砂六君子汤合枳术汤加减治疗。属寒热错杂者常常选用半夏泻心汤合枳术汤加减治疗。Director Li thinks diabetics are not in the diet, eat fat Atsumi, damage spleen and stomach, or because of worry, Laojuan injury spleen, resulting in weak temper, health luck, water, wet into phlegm, phlegm and stasis heat stagnation in the stomach and the swelling, knot in the intestine is caused by constipation or diarrhea. In the clinical work, except for organic gastropathy, diabetic gastroparesis is equivalent to the syndrome of Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation is the weakness of the spleen and stomach is often selected Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction and Zhizhu decoction treatment. It is often used to treat the patients with cold and fever by using Pinellia ternate decoction combined with orange.
