摘　　要：本文旨在对诸云龙教授治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床经验进行总结,诸云龙教授以擅长针药结合治疗骨关节病著称,有扎实的中医理论基础和丰富的临床经验,认为膝关节骨关节炎多属中医痹症中的骨痹[1],中医基本病机"瘀血痹阻经络",治疗上重视补肝肾,壮筋骨,活血化瘀为治疗原则,导师根据不同的病机特点,采用针药结合的治疗方法,临床上效如桴鼓。This article aims to summarize Professor Zhu Yunlong＇s clinical experience in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Professor Zhu Yunlong is known for his expertise in the treatment of osteoarthritis with acupuncture and medicine. He has a solid theoretical foundation of TCM and rich clinical experience. Knee osteoarthritis is mostly osteophytes in traditional Chinese medicine sputum, the basic pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine ＂small blood stasis and obstruction of meridians＂, treatment of liver and kidney, strong bones and muscles, blood circulation and phlegm as treatment principles, according to different tutors The characteristics of the pathogenesis, the combination of acupuncture and medicine treatment methods, clinical effects such as gongs and drums.
