摘　　要：目的观察中药口服,敷脐联合推拿治疗小儿秋季腹泻(湿热泻)的临床疗效。方法将87例小儿秋季腹泻(湿热泻)患儿随机分为治疗组44例和对照组43例,治疗组给予速泻停糖浆口服、止泻散敷脐、三字经派推拿治疗,对照组采用蒙脱石散口服,观察临床症状和体征的变化。结果治疗组总有效率95.5%(42/44),对照组总有效率76.7%(33/43)。2组疗效比较,P<0.05。结论中药口服、敷脐联合推拿治疗小儿秋季腹泻(湿热泻)疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） combined with massage in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea （damp-heat diarrhea）. Methods 87 children with autumn diarrhea （damp-heat diarrhea） were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 44） and control group （n = 43）. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.5%（42/44） and that of control group was 76.7%（33/43）. The curative effect of the two groups was compared （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral application of navel combined with massage on infantile autumn diarrhea （damp-heat diarrhea） is remarkable.
