银芪苦参汤口腔护理对预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨银芪苦参汤用于口腔护理对经口气管插管机械通气患者口腔清洁效果及预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的临床效果。方法选取符合条件的60例经口气管插管患者,按入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采用银芪苦参汤,对照组采用生理盐水,分别给予口腔擦拭的方法进行口腔护理,每日4次,比较2组护理效果。结果观察组发生口臭、口腔溃疡及VAP发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论银芪苦参汤用于经口气管插管患者的口腔护理,可提高口腔护理质量,预防VAP的发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of oral cleaning and the prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia in oral nursing care of Yinqi Kushen decoction on patients with orotracheal intubation. Methods Selecting eligible in 60 patients with orotracheal intubation, according to admission order were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the observation group used Yinqi Kushen decoction, control group with normal saline, were given oral cleaning method for oral care, 4 times/d, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of halitosis, oral ulcer and VAP in the observation group were lower than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Yinqi Kushen decoction is used in the oral care of the patients with orotracheal Intubation, which can improve the quality of oral care and prevent the occurrence of VAP.
