中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效性及安全性。方法选取黎川县人民医院2015年11月—2016年11月收治的40例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者,按数字表随机分为2组,每组20例,对照组单纯采用西药恩替卡韦片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,联合乙肝方治疗。观察与对比2组临床疗效及乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阴转、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)复常、乙型肝炎E抗原(HBeAg)血清转换、脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)情况。结果观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(65.00%),2组比较差异显著(χ~2=10.49,P<0.05);观察组治疗后HBV-DNA转阴、HBeAg血清转换、ALT复常情况均优于对照组(χ~2=4.15、4.26、5.37,P<0.05)。结论针对慢性乙型肝炎患者,采用中西医结合治疗,效果好,可显著降低停药后复阳率,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 40 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated in our hospital in November 2015 to November2016. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the digital table, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine entecavir tablets alone. The observation group was treated with the treatment of the hepatitis B side on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared with the cases of hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg） transvaginal, ALT, E antigen （HBeAg） seroconversion and deoxyribonucleic acid （HBV-DNA）. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （95%） was higher than that of the control group （65%）, and the two groups were significantly different （χ^2=10.49, P 〈 0.05）. The observation group was better than the control group （χ^2=4.15, 4.26, 5.37, P〈 0.05） after the treatment of HBV-DNA, HBeAg seroconversion and ALT. Conclusion For patients with chronic hepatitis B, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine is effective, which can significantly reduce the rate of relapse after withdrawal and has high clinical application value.
