刃针结合热敏灸治疗肩周炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究刃针结合热敏灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法随机选取2017年1月—2018年6月在赣南医学院第三附属医院治疗的肩周炎患者100例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组均为50例,对照组采用针刺常规治疗,治疗组采用刃针结合热敏灸治疗,分别观察2组患者治疗效果、VAS评分。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1～3疗程VAS评分均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与针刺常规治疗法相比,刃针结合热敏灸治疗肩周炎不仅利于提升临床治疗效果,更利于改善患者局部疼痛程度,该治疗模式具有独特的优势,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of blade acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 50 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly selected from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital, which were divided into treatment group and control group. The number of cases in each group was 25 cases. The control group was treated with acupuncture routine treatment. The treatment group was treated with edge needle combined with thermosensitive moxibustion, and the treatment effect and VAS score of the two groups were observed respectively. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the VAS score of one to three treatment courses was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional acupuncture therapy, the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with the combination of edge needle and heat sensitive moxibustion is not only beneficial to the improvement of clinical effect, but also to improve the degree of local pain in patients. The treatment model has unique advantages and is worthy of further clinical application.
