摘　　要：在系统地分析传统企业技术创新与转型升级协同的内涵基础上,建立传统企业技术创新与转型升级协同过程模型。并从创新构思协同、技术研发协同、技术生产协同、技术成果商业化协同、构思评价及反馈协同等五个方面,运用系统动力学方法分析协同因素,建立指标体系。以山东省为案例研究对象,采用隐马尔可夫模型对传统企业技术创新与转型升级协同因子进行进一步定量分析,最终识别出诱发传统企业技术创新与转型升级协同因子。根据所识别的因子分别从传统企业创新构思与转型升级协同实现、传统企业研发创新与转型升级协同实现、传统企业技术创新生产与转型升级协同实现、传统企业技术创新成果商业化与转型升级协同实现等四方面给出实现传统企业技术创新与转型升级协同的对策。The article systematically analyzed the connotation of collaboration of the traditional enter prise technological innovation, andtransformation and upgrading. From five aspects of innovation conception collaboration, technology research and development collaboration, technology production collaboration, technical achievement commercialization collaboration, concept evaluation and feedback coordination, the paper established an indicator system, which uses system dynamics to analyze collaborative factors. Taking Shandong Province as a case, the paper quantitatively analyzed collaborative factors of traditional enterprise technological innovation, andtransformation and upgrading based on Hidden Markov Model, and eventually identified the collaborative factors. According to the identified factors, the measures are givenfor realizing the technological innovation and transformation and upgrading. The measures include collaborative realizationmeasures of the traditional enterprise innovation concept and the transformation and upgrading, the traditional enterprise R＆D innovation and the transformation and upgrading, the tradi tional enterprise technology innovation production and the transformation and upgrading, the traditional enterprise technological innovation result commercialization and the transformation and upgrading, etc.
