摘 要:进取意识对大学生来说表现为主动学习、主动展示和主动承担。但很多"90后"大学生存在着自信与脆弱并存、独立与依赖并存、个性与团队精神并存、有心与无力并存等性格特点。本文基于尊重个性发展,以学生为本,注重鼓励,引导重于灌输等原则来设计课堂讲授环节。目的在于探索这样的教学方式,使得学生充满干劲、充满兴趣,自己想去了解新知识,自己想来课堂学习。通过实践,发现学生在学习主动性方面、快速反应方面、竞争意识方面和情商方面均有显著改善,基本达到了经管类职业人需要的综合素质。Enterprising spirit for college students is taking the initiative to learn,the initiative to show and theresponsibility.However,many post-90s college students are characterized by the coexistence of self-confidence andfrailty,the coexistence of independence and dependence,the coexistence of individuality and team spirit,the coexistenceof conscience and weakness.This article is based on the principles of personality development,student-oriented,encouragement and guide to design classroom teaching.The purpose is to explorea teaching method that can makestudents full of energy,full of interest.Through practice,we found that students have significantly improved their learninginitiative,rapid response,competition awareness and emotional intelligence,and have basically reached the overall qualityrequired by economic professionals.
