摘  要:考试作为高等教育过程中的重要环节,对于教学实现具有重要意义。目前高校各类课程考试形式、内容较为单一,不利于个性化培养。本文提出一种分类培养,分层次考核的改革方案,根据学生的毕业出口、个人能力差异进行分类,根据培养分类设定考核根据设定相应层次。实现差异化、更全面、更合理的考核,提高学生参与性,鼓励学生的积极性,提高了教学效果。As an important link in the process of higher education,examination is of great significance to therealization of teaching.At present,the examination form of various courses in colleges and universities is relatively single,which is not conducive to individualized cultivation.This paper puts forward a reform scheme of classified cultivationand hierarchical assessment,which is classified according to the students' graduation export and individual abilitydifference,and the corresponding level is set according to the training classification.To achieve differentiation,morecomprehensive and reasonable examination,to improve the participation of students,to encourage the enthusiasm ofstudents,and to improve the teaching effect.
