摘  要:目的:探讨基于自主学习能力培养的《护理管理学》教学改革与效果评价。方法:选取我院2014级卓越护理人才培养项目班作为实验组,随机抽取同级普通护理班作为对照组。实验班护理管理的内容以项目任务的形式展开,以小组为单位进行模拟面试、拓展训练等,并进行考核方法的改革。结果:卓越护理实验班自主学习总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:我院卓越护理实验班的护理管理学教学改革提高学生的自主学习能力。Objective:To evaluate the effect of nursing management teaching reform based on the cultivation ofautonomic learning ability learning methods.Methods:Grade 2014 of excellence nursing personnel training project ofexperimental class was selected as the experimental group,the ordinary nursing classes as the control group.Theexperiment started class nursing management content to project tasks in the form of a mock interview,expandingtraining,reform and assessment methods.Results:The total score of independent learning in the excellent nursingexperimental class was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:The teaching reform of nursing management in our excellent nursing experimental class improves thestudents' autonomic learning ability.
