摘 要:针对某石化污水装置预处理生物接触氧化段化学需氧量(COD)去除率低、曝气池和沉淀池负荷重、沉淀池出水夹泥等问题,利用移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)工艺提升预处理效率,考察了中试工艺运行参数以及MBBR工艺的稳定性。结果表明:MBBR工艺处理石化污水的最佳工况为曝气强度5 m^3/m^2,水力停留时间(HRT)10 h,COD去除率达到80%以上。最佳工况下进行COD负荷冲击试验,当进水COD在1 000~2 000 mg/L时,COD去除率仍高于70%。进水流量6 m^3/h,HRT为5 h时进行大水量冲击试验,COD去除率能稳定在50%以上。采用MBBR-活性污泥复合工艺能够降低活性污泥段50%的COD负荷,从而实现曝气池、沉淀池低污泥浓度运行的目标。In order to tackle the problems such as low chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal rate, heavy load in aeration tank and sedimentation tank, and sedimentation tank outflow water containing suspended solids in the pretreatment biological contact oxidation section of a petrochemical wastewater unit, the moving bed biofilm reaction (MBBR) is adopted to improve pretreatment efficiency. The pilot test is to examine the operating parameters and stability of the MBBR process. The results suggest that the optimum conditions for MBBR treatment of petrochemical wastewater are aeration intensity at 5 m3/m2 and hydraulic retention time (HRT) at 10 h, with COD removal rate over 80%. The impact test of COD load under the optimum conditions indicates that, when the influent COD is between 1 000 and 2 000 mg/L, the COD removal rate is still higher than 70%. In large water volume impact test conducted with the influent flow rate at 6 m3/h and the HRT at 5 h, the COD removal rate remains above 50%. The MBBR-activated sludge composite process can reduce the COD load in the activated sludge section by 50%, thereby realizing the goal of low sludge concentration operation in the aeration tank and sedimentation tank.
