摘 要:"十三五"期间,中国石油集团公司首次对长输管道业务开始节水量指标考核,相关标准未明确长输油气管道节水量计算方法。文章对长输油气管道用水特点进行了分析,研究了长输管道业务节水量计算方法适应性,技措法满足长输油气管道企业节水量统计计算的要求;同时分析了油气管道节水技术体系,提出生产业务节水、生活绿化节水、漏失治理节水三大类共13项重点节水技术,为管道企业实施节水技措项目提供了参考。CNPC conducted its first assessment on water-saving index for long-distance oil and gas pipeline during the 13th five-year plan period, but did not set standard calculation methods relevant to water-saving volume. This paper examines the characteristics of water use and the adaptability of water-saving calculation methods in long- distance oil and gas pipelines, and holds that the technical-innovation method can meet the requirements of statistical calculation of water-saving volume in long-distance oil and gas pipeline enterprises. It also analyzes the water-saving technical system in oil and gas pipelines, and puts forward 13 key water-saving techniques in three water-saving categories of process water, living and greening water, and water leakage control, which provides reference for pipeline enterprises to implement water-saving technical measures.
