摘  要:炼化加热炉排烟中的大气污染物主要是颗粒物、SO_2和NO_x,目前大多采用气体燃料和燃料脱硫等工艺解决烟气中的颗粒物、SO_2超标问题,现有降低NO_x的最根本方法是低氮燃烧技术,但需要停炉后实施,这对正在运行且短期内无法停运的加热炉而言无法实现。烟气中的NO_x含量在200 mg/m^3以上,远高于150 mg/m^3的国家标准要求,如何在运行条件下降低NO_x含量是面临的棘手问题。从生产实际和操作调整出发,通过重新梳理NO_x的形成机理及影响因素,重点在日常操作调整和生产运行中摸索实现NO_x的低排放措施,将NO_x含量由200~300 mg/m^3降低至150 mg/m^3以下,这对无法在线更换低氮燃烧器且正在运行的加热炉具有较好的指导意义,可以更好的解决环保与节能的矛盾。Air pollutants in flue gas from refinery heating furnace are mainly particulate matters, SO2 and NOx. At present, some ways including gas fuel and fuel desulphurization are most used to deal with the excessive emission of particulate matters and SO2 from flue gas. Although low-NOx combustion technology is the most effective to cut NOx, it can be installed only after heating furnace shutdown and as such is impossible for heating furnace in running or without planned shutdown in near term. Given the 200 mg/m3 NOx content in the flue gas, much higher than the state standard of 150 mg/m3, it is tough to cut NOx while the furnace still running. To this effect, this paper, based on operation condition and adjustment, by reviewing the NOx forming mechanism and influencing factors, focuses on exploring in daily operation adjustment the way to cut NOx emission down to 150 mg/m3 from 200-300 mg/m3, which is of great guiding significance for heating furnace that is in running and unable to replace with the low- nitrogen burner online, to achieve better environmental protection and energy-saving.
