摘  要:针对拖拉机作业工况研究少,专用仿真软件匮乏,预测拖拉机的性能存在效率低、精度差的现状,分析了拖拉机的运输和旋耕工况,绘制了工况曲线。基于研发中纯电动拖拉机的工作原理和结构方案,利用商业软件CRUISE搭建了纯电动拖拉机的动态仿真平台,并在运输和旋耕工况下对其作业性能进行了仿真分析。结果表明:运输工况下,需求作业速度与实际作业速度平均偏差为0. 01 km/h,驱动电机平均效率为0. 74,续航时间为6. 54 h,平均滑转率为0. 006 8;旋耕工况下,需求作业速度与实际作业速度平均偏差为0. 1 km/h,驱动电机平均效率为0. 859,续航时间为4. 51h,平均滑转率为0. 166 6,与MATLAB中通过编写程序得到的仿真结果基本吻合。证明了拖拉机作业工况制定合理,纯电动拖拉机仿真平台搭建准确,适用于纯电动拖拉机的性能预测和开发。To solve problems that the less research on working conditions of tractors, the lack of professional simulation softwares, and the low efficiency and poor accuracy on predicting the performanee of tractors, the working conditions of tractors under transportation and rotary tillage were studied firstly in this paper, and then the curves were drawn. Based on pure electric tractor working principle and structure of the program, a dynamic simulation platorm for the pure electric tractor was set up by the use of commercial software CRUISE, and the operating performanee of the tractor under working conditions of rotary tillage and transportation was simulated. The results show that the mean deviation between the required vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed was 0.01 kin/h, the average efficiency of the driving motor was 0.74, the endurance time was 6.54 hours, and the average slip rate was 0. 006 8 under the condition of transportation. While the eolTesponding indicators under the condition of rotary tillage were 0.1 kin/h, 0. 859, 4.51 hours and 0. 166 6, respectively. These results were basically consistent with the simulation results obtained by programming in MATLAB. It was proved that the working conditions of tractors were developed reasonably and the simulation platform for the pure electric tractor were established correctly. Itwas suitable for the performance prediction and development of the pure electric tractor.
