摘  要:为揭示原材料与改性沥青劲度模量(S)、蠕变速率(m)的相关性,本实验选用五种基质沥青、五种SBS改性剂及五种改性剂掺量,设计L_(25)(5~3)正交试验,测试改性沥青在-18℃下的S和m值,研究原材料对二者的影响程度与影响规律。并使用灰色关联系数分析改性沥青S和m值与原材料性能参数之间的相关性。结果表明:基质沥青对SBS改性沥青的低温性能影响最显著,改性剂类型次之,改性剂掺量对其影响最小。改性沥青劲度模量的排序与基质沥青完全相同,改性剂对沥青低温性能的改善效果差异较小。改性剂掺量为4.4%时,改性沥青的S较小、m最大。灰色关联度分析结果表明,基质沥青的S和m值、胶质与芳香分含量之和、改性剂的拉伸强度及拉伸应力等性能参数与改性沥青低温流变性能有较好的相关性。The low temperature rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt strongly depends on raw materials. This paper describes the correlation of the stiffness modulus ( S ) and creep rate ( m ) of SBS-modified asphalt with raw materials’ performance parameters. Orthogonal experiment of L 25 (5 3) was designed using five types of bitumen, five kinds of SBS modifier and five different levels of modifier adding amount, and the samples were tested using bending beam rheological (BBR) to obtain the -18 ℃ stiffness and m value. Range analysis was used to evaluate the influence level of different raw material, gray relational grade was used to analyze the correlation between raw material performance parameters and low temperature rheological properties of SBS-modified asphalt. According to the results obtained from the experimental program, bitumen has the most significant influence on SBS modified asphalt stiffness and m value, followed by the modifier, and the effect of SBS modifier adding amount was inconspicuous. The calculation indicated that bitumen performance parameters,-18 ℃ stiffness modulus, m value, and the composition such as the total content of colloid and aromatic, SBS performance parameters such as tensile stress, tensile strength, elongation have obvious correlations with the low temperature rheological properties of SBS-modified asphalt.
