摘　　要：尼龙子口供料架多为无动力辊输送,结构简单,依靠人手动拉料,这样容易造成尼龙子口拉伸,且输送精度不高,会影响轮胎的动平衡和均匀性,以致影响轮胎的最终质量。现将尼龙子口供料架布置在胎体供料架内部,并将垫胶供料架设在尼龙子口供料架前端上方,由伺服电机带动输送带自动送料,提高输送精度并优化输送结构。The nylon bead feed rack is mostly unpowered roller conveying structure, and the structure is simple, it relies on people to manually process materials, which is easy to cause the nylon bead to stretch, and the conveying precision is not high, then affects the dynamic balance and uniformity of the tire, thus affecting the fnal quality of the tire. Therefore, the nylon bead feed rack is arranged inside the carcass feed rack, and the cushion feed rack is arranged above the front end of the nylon bead feed rack, and the servo motor drives the conveyor belt to automatically feed, thereby improving the conveying precision and optimizing the conveying structure.
