摘　　要：我司现有的钢圈包布卷由人工卷取,人手将纤维胶帘布按照工艺尺寸撕成包布条,再手工将包布条卷成包布卷,整个过程全部靠人工完成,工人劳动强度大,效率低。通过设计一台自动卷取包布机,可将纤维胶帘布自动分切成包布条,同时利用气涨轴自动对分切好的包布条进行卷取,实现包布卷取自动化。The existing rim wrapping of our company is taken by manual winding. The viscose cord fabric is manually torn into wrap strip according to the process size, and then the wrap strip is manually rolled into a wrap roll. The whole process is completed manually, and the workers are labor intensive and inefficient. By designing an automatic winding wrapping machine, the viscose cord fabric can be automatically cut into wrap strips, and the air-rolled shaft is automatically used to coil the wrap strips to realize the automatic winding of the cloth.
