摘　　要：通过对双层输送带平板硫化机液压系统、双层输送带硫化后脱锅功能、输送带的放卷与收卷控制、全线自动化控制功能的研发,解决了现有双层输送带硫化生产线无法自动化生产、脱锅需要人工操作、输送带速度与张力控制精度差的问题,提高了设备的生产效率、提高输送带的硫化质量。Through the research and development of the double-layer conveyor belt flat curing press hydraulic system, double-layer conveyor belt demould function after vulcanization, conveyor belt unwinding and winding control, and full-line automatic control function, many existing problems have been resolved. For example, the double-layer conveyor belt vulcanization production line cannot be automated, the manual operation of the demould function is required, and the conveyor belt speed and the tension control accuracy are poor.It improves the production effciency of the equipment and improves the vulcanization quality of the conveyor belt.
