摘　　要：介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化公司炼油厂50 kt/a硫磺回收装置尾气SO_2排放情况及处理措施。新增的尾气脱硫装置采用钠碱法对尾气进行脱硫处理。处理后排放气体ρ(SO_2)平均值从254 mg/m^3降至20 mg/m^3,满足GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》要求,每年可累计减排SO_2约24 t。Tail gas SO2 emission situation and treatment in 50 kt/a sulphur recovery unit of Refinery of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina Company Limited are introduced.Desulphurization was implemented hy sodium alkali method in new exhaust gas desulphurization device.After treatment, average SO2 concentration in exhaust gas reduced to 20 mg/m3 from 280 mg/m3, meeting GB 31570-2015 Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry, and cumulative SO2 emission reduction reached 24 t/a.
