摘 要:燃煤电厂脱硝改造工程中,经常出现新立脱硝钢结构支架与既有现场支架的构件发生冲突的情况。以实际某燃煤电厂脱硝改造工程为例,通过对其格构式体系中的一种格构式钢柱与既有构件冲突时的连接节点开展结构安全性分析,验证这种连接节点的可靠性。运用ANSYS11.0对该复杂连接节点进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,采用该连接节点后,连接节点的各部分均满足安全性要求,受力合理,传力明确,经济性好,满足承载力设计要求和现场施工条件要求,为工程中类型条件下的节点设计提供了参考。In the denitrification project a thermal power plant, the new steel frame system will al- ways eollision with a girder of the existing steel frame. Take the aetual denitrifieation projeet of a ther-mal power plant as an example,the structural safety analysis is carried out through the connection joint between existing girder and latticed steel column,and verify the reliability of this connection joint. In order to evaluate the load transferring performance of this special connected joint, a numerical model was established by using the finite element software ANSYS 11.0,and the analysis of the mechanical behavier under the most unfavorable load was carried out. The results show that after using the connection node, all parts of the connection node meet the safety requirements, the force is reasonable, the transmission force is clear, the economy is good, the bearing capacity design requirements and the onsite construction conditions are met, which is the type under the engineering condition. The node design provides a reference.
