摘 要:文中对4种彩钢聚苯乙烯夹芯板与4种彩钢岩棉夹芯板试件的热工性能进行了试验研究及理论分析,各试件的高度与宽度相同,彩钢聚苯乙烯板和彩钢岩棉板的厚度均分别为50、75、100和125mm。采用稳态热传递试验装置对试件进行试验测试,分析测试设备的工作原理,给出传热系数计算表达式。通过采集的各试件热工性能测试数据,计算出各试件的传热系数,对8种试件的传热系数值进行比较分析,拟合出试件传热系数随夹芯保温材料厚度变化的趋势方程。通过研究分析表明:彩钢夹芯板的保温性能随着夹芯板厚度的变化而变化,其厚度小于75mm时大致呈线性趋势变化,当厚度大于75mm后呈曲线形式变化,并且曲线斜率随着厚度的增加而变小;即增加保温材料的厚度对热工性能的影响逐渐减小。依据测试数据计算并拟合出的趋势方程可为彩钢夹芯板的工程设计及应用提供参考依据。In this paper, the thermal performance of four kinds of polystyrene sandwich plates and four kinds of eolored steel roek wool sandwieh plates were tested and analyzed theoretieally. The height and width of the speeimens were the same, and the thiekness of the eolor steel polystyrene board and the eolor steel roek wool board were 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 125mm respeetively.The speeimens were tested with the steady-state thermal transfer test deviee. The working prineiple of the test equipment was analyzed and the heat transfer eoeffieient ealeulation expression was obtained.The heat transfer eoeffieient of eaeh speeimen is ealeulated by eolleeting the data of thermal performanee test of eaeh speeimen. By eomparing and analyzing the values of the heat transfer eoeffieient of the 8 speeimens, the trend equation of the heat transfer eoeffieient of the speeimens with the thiekness of the sandwieh insulation material was fitted.The results show that the thermal insulation performanee of eolor steel sandwieh plate varies with the thiekness of sandwieh plate.When the thiekness is less than 75mm, it shows a linear trend ehange; when the thiekness is greater than 75mm, it shows a eurve form ehange, and the eurve slope deereases with the inerease of thiekness That is to say, inereasing the thiekness of insulation material will gradually reduee the impaet on thermal performanee.The trend equation whieh is ealeulated and fitted aeeording to the test data ean provide referenee for the engineering design and applieation of the eolor steel sandwieh plate.
