摘　　要：军校学员心理健康管理是其日常管理的重要部分,目前尚处于探索阶段,虽推出了相应制度措施,但管理中仍存在漏洞,效果不明显。本文从创新管理理念、强化人文教育、建立心理健康管理体系、优化管理方法等方面阐述了相关对策。The mental health management of the cadets is an important part of the daily management of the cadetsof military academies.At present,it is still in the exploration stage.Although a series of policies and measures have beenintroduced,there are many loopholes in the management,and the management effect is not obvious.This articleexpounds the measures of the mental health management of the cadets from four aspects：the concept of creative mentalhealth management,the strengthening of the humanistic education,the establishment of the countermeasures system ofmental health management,and the outstanding management methods.
