摘 要:为了探讨高校社区活动经验与大学生积极品质的现状以及二者之间的关系,本研究采用《大学生社团活动经验调查问卷》和《大学生积极发展问卷》对在高校参与社区活动的230名大学生进行了施测。研究结果发现,参与高校社区活动所获得的经验与大学生积极品质的发展呈极其显著的正相关(r=0.46,p<0.01),大学生参与的社区活动经验对大学生积极发展有一定的预测作用(R2=0.21,p<0.01)。可以说,大学生参与的社区活动越多,积极发展水平越高,在高校的社区中举办高质量的活动是促进大学生成长与发展的有效手段。In order to explore the current situation of community activity experience and positive quality of collegestudents and the relationship between them,230 college students participating in community activities were measured bymeans of the questionnaire on community activity experience and the questionnaire on active development of collegestudents.The results show that the experience gained from participating in community activities in colleges anduniversities has a significant positive correlation with the development of college students 'positive quality(r=0.46,p〈0.01) .The experience of community activities participated by college students has a certain predictive effect on thepositive development of college students (R2=0.21,p〈0.01) .It can be said that the more students participate in thecommunity activities,the higher the level of positive development,in the community of universities to hold high-qualityactivities to promote the growth and development of college students is an effective means.
