摘　　要：高职院校毕业生职业生涯规划,对今后的就业发展有着重要的影响,直接影响到大学生的择业观,并对工作态度造成影响。在进行职业规划中,需要重视与社会就业环境的结合,将大学生的就业指导与服务体系的人性化构建有机结合,实现社会价值和人生价值的统一,更好地实现大学生职业规划的目标。因此,在校期间,需要加强对高职院校毕业生就业指导与服务体系的人性化构建研究,全面优化体系现有的服务方式,为学生提供更加全面的就业指导,帮助学生更好地实现就业。The career planning of graduates in higher vocational colleges has an important influence on thedevelopment of employment in the future,which has a direct impact on the employment outlook of college students,andhas an impact on their working attitude.Attention should be paid to career planning.Combining with the socialemployment environment,combining the employment guidance of college students with the humanized construction ofservice system,the unity of social value and life value can be realized,and the goal of career planning for college studentscan be better realized.Therefore,during the school period,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the humanizedconstruction of the employment guidance and service system for the graduates of higher vocational colleges,and tocomprehensively optimize the existing service modes of the system,so as to provide more comprehensive employmentguidance for the students.Help students to better achieve employment.
