摘 要:当今时代,新一轮科技革命和产业变革正在世界范围内孕育兴起,科技作为第一生产力,创新在全球各地区迅猛发展。为适应和引领经济发展新常态,我国将"大众创业、万众创新"提升到了国家战略的高度。作为校园主力军的"95后"是个性十足的一代,相较于前辈们,他们兴趣更加广泛,也更具国际化视野,因此个性化教育显得尤为重要。本文从个性化教育视角下"95后"高职生创新创业能力意识现状出发,以佛山职业技术学院学生为样本,通过调查法和访谈法,调查"95后"高职生创新创业能力等问题,从社会、家庭、个人等多个方面剖析"95后"高职生的创新创业能力,并提出相应的教育对策,促进"95后"高职生创新创业能力的提升。In today's era,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change is growing upin the world.As the first productive force,science and technology have developed rapidly in all regions of the world.Inorder to adapt and guide the new normal of economic development,China has promoted the "mass entrepreneurshipand innovation" to the height of national strategy.As the main force of the campus,"after 95" is a generation of fullpersonality,compared with the predecessors,their interest is more extensive,but also more international vision,so thepersonalized education is particularly important.This paper,fromthe perspective of the "95 post" students' innovative andentrepreneurial ability from the perspective of individualized education,takes the students of Foshan Polytechnic as thesample,investigates the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of the students after the "95",and analyzes the innovativeand entrepreneurial ability of the students after the "95" from the social,family and individual aspects,and puts forwardcorresponding educational countermeasures.Promote the promotion of "95 after" vocational college students' innovationand entrepreneurship.
