摘　　要：研究生就业难已是当下一个不争的事实,如何提升研究生就业能力、提高就业成功率已成为研究生就业工作中的重中之重。研究生团学组织是研究生教育的重要平台,通过问卷结果分析,认为研究生的团学组织在研究生就业方面有积极作用,并提出了相关的工作途径,力求提高其就业能力,促进研究生就业,对提升研究生就业质量有所借鉴。It is an undisputable fact that graduate employment is difficult now. How to Improve GraduateEmployability and improve the success rate of employment has become the top priority of graduate employment.Graduate group organization is an important platform for graduate education,through the analysis of questionnaireresults,the graduate group organization way of promoting graduate employment,enhance graduate employability,promote graduate employment,to improve the quality of postgraduate employment reference.
