摘　　要：新时代背景下,大学生综合素质的培养载体仍是高职院校学生管理工作者思索的重要问题之一。以项目化的班团活动来助推大学生综合素质的提升,对提高班级管理效果,促进大学生成长成才具有积极意义。Under the background of the new era,the training carrier of the comprehensive quality of collegestudents is still one of the important problems of the students＇ management in higher vocational colleges. It is of positivesignificance to improve the effect of class management and promote the growth of college students by promoting thecomprehensive quality of college students by project group activities.
