摘  要:胶轮客车是一种采用单轨导向,胶轮走行的新型有轨电车;其最大优点是爬坡性能强,最大爬坡能力可达到13%。基础制动装置是胶轮客车不可缺少的重要组成部分,其中制动盘的性能直接影响客车的制动性能。本文针对胶轮客车的运营工况,分析其制动模式和制动系统适应能力。借助仿真手段对制动盘热容量进行分析,通过结构设计、材料选型等设计手段提高制动盘性能,以适应车辆的运营需求。The Rubber-tyred passenger car is a new type of tram which adopts single-track guidance and rubberized wheels; Its biggest adwmtage is its strong climbing performance and its maxinum climbing capacity can reach 13%.The basic braking device is an important part of the tram, in which the performance of the brake disc directly affects the braking performance of the tram. This paper analyzes the braking mode and adaptability of the brake system according to the operating conditions of the rubber coach. The thermal capacity of the brake disc is analyzed by means of simulation, and the performance of the brake disc is improved by means of structural design, material selection and other design methods to meet the operation requirements of the vehicle.
